Puppies Incoming!

As the title says, 'Puppies Incoming!' Muahahahhahaa~~~ Our dog, Abi (bottom) just gave birth a little while ago, actually about a couple of months ago, to 5 little pups!!! 3 white and 2 black. Unfortunately, we are not able to keep them so we're going to give them away soon... Don't know when though, but I hope that it's not soon! ~^^~ The pic (above) is Abi and her puppies, the 3 white ones are the only pups you can see at the moment, but the other 2 were on the other side~
This is 'Besar'. We call her that because she's the biggest of the lot and also the most mischievous.

This is 'Negro'. Haha~ Her hair is curly so we call her that~ She's the most laid back and is the 2nd biggest~^^

This is Negro and Buta(right). Buta, as his name suggests, is blind in one eye... Some kind of infection has taken his eye... T_T

Condolences

This post might be up a little too late, but I would just like to wish condolences to my good friend, Bernice since she has just lost her beloved grandmother a few days ago. I couldn't find the words to say so I put off this post. It wasn't until I finished reading her post that I finally got an idea of what I wanted to say.

Though, I still don't think it's my place to say anything. So, I will just say this~

I'm sure that wherever your apo is in heaven now, I'm sure that she is looking down on you and smiling proudly as her little grand daughter has finally turned into a grown woman. Plus, now she gets to see you whenever she wants! She doesn't have to wait for you to visit her anymore... So, I'm sure she's happy~

Thoughts

We as students are expected to be well mannered, polite, punctual and all that nice crap that our teachers are always telling us. But what about the teachers? Don't they need to be well mannered? Polite? Punctual? Don't these rules apply to them as well? As educators of the next generation, don't they have to set the bar for us and be good examples for the leaders of tomorrow?

They tell you that you have to greet any teachers that you meet and yet they do not return the greeting. I never knew that grunting was a greeting as well. They tell you that you have to be on time to school and yet they come into class about half an hour late. Does that qualify as punctual. They tell you that you have to be considerate of others and yet they expect you to be there to tend to their every needs when it suits them. We have stuff we need to do too! They expect you to finish all your assignments and projects saying that it's your responsibility, and yet they never finish marking the books you handed in 3 months ago!

How do you expect students to respect you when you don't even set a good example for us to follow?

Recent studies have shown that students, the teens, are looking for someone that they can look up to. A confidant in which they can put their trust into. If they can't find a role model in their home, they look to their teachers. But what if they can't find it in their teachers either.

I didn't have to look far for a role model. My family is full of great role models. I look up to my brothers and parents, feeding on their stories and experiences. I learn from them, as I would like to learn from my teachers. Though, all I've learned is that life is hard and that people like them don't make it any easier for the rest of us.

Maybe I should thank them?

I've learned to deal with all their idiocy. Their quirks. Their bad habits. They've made me somewhat patient.

At least now I'm better at ignoring idiots.

On the OLYMPICS!

The Olympics were supposed to be the most anticipated event of the year. And it is, I think everyone I knew were watching the opening ceremony last night. I have to admit, the Chinese had it! It was spectacular and I am impressed by the way they were able to co-operate and work together to make the whole thing a success. They reminded me of an army of fire ants marching off into the forest to scavenge. It was awesome! Though, for some reason or another, I started to fall asleep right in the middle of the performances.

Since I was still having tests at the time, I put it down to pure fatigue from thinking and processing the whole day. Then again, it could have been because some of the performances were boring? Hm.... That's a possibility, but judging by how my whole class was mumbling about the awesome performance the Chinese put on last night, I think it's because of fatigue.

Anyway, before I continue rambling any longer, I would just like to wish all the hopeful athletes in China right now the best of luck! Don't break a leg, you might be needing it!

Finally!

Finally!
It's the end of gempur! I've been anticipating the moment the bell rings and the day is over! XD Haha...... I have been studying like mad for this test, but it looks like I will fail anyway... Stupid Add Maths... Also, Chemistry was hard.... :/


Though not as hard as Add Maths... I skipped so many questions and screwed so many that when I was done I knew that I would fail. It was the most horrible feeling to have when you finish a test. The inevitable is coming and there is nothing you can do about it... I think our whole class would be hearing from the teacher how dumb we are next week. Yes, that's right.... There are many others in our class unable to cope with the huge mind numbing formulas and reasoning's of add maths... It lightens the pain a bit, knowing that you're fellow classmates are also suffering as you are... Haha~

It is fact that add maths is hard, and it's also a fact that I hate everything to do with maths... Maths and I are like oil and water and I'm the water, always stuck underneath the slick layer of oil that's slowly suffocating me. If I had a choice, I would definitely drop the subject and pay attention to the other science subjects. But the truth of the matter is that I have no choice. This murderous subject is compulsory for all science stream students... Frik you ADD MATHS!!!

Though, the upside is still the fact that now I have loads of free time to spend on the computer. Writing mindless ramblings to my hearts content. Next week, on Saturday, is the start of school holiday! Muahahaahaha!!! Even more free time to ramble!
